Keith and I are digesting our crocodile and boa meat dinner. It is very hot and humid, but we are in great company.
We are in Yaounde after taking a three-hour bus ride here, made interesting by a travelling salesman on the bus providing us with a promotion show selling a magical potion promising to cure everything from bum itch, bad breath to erectile dysfunction.
Tonight we have big plans to drink some boxed wine and eat cheese and enjoy the sounds of Africa.
When's the next bus?

Good morning and Happy New Year!!! May God bless you richly this coming year. Hope you're having a wonderful time. We're supposed to get a wonderful storm here today, 10 cm of snow and blowing. We're leaving early to the family reunion, hoping to miss some of the snow. No shovelling for you!
Love,
MawandPaw
Hi - sounds as though you are having a wonderful time - eating snakes, etc. I just got back from three days at Disney with Matt, Theresa and the boys. Way too much artificial stuff for me - I would rather be on a bus with a medicine show salesman.
Have a great time. I love reading your reports.

Hi guys. Glad to hear you arrived safely in Africa. Sounds like it will be an interesting trip with food like that! Have fun and we'll keep reading the blog.
